100% Torrontes. Medium straw-colored with a fragrant perfume of honey, spring flowers and tropical fruits. Ripe, flavorful and slightly dry.
Shaya Old Vine 2009 – Rueda, Spain
100% Verdejo. Aromas of pear and apple. Light and round on the tongue with peach, grapefruit and herbal flavors mingling in the refreshing dry finish
Tamari Torrontes Reserva 2009 – Argentina
100% Torrontes. Elegant and delicate aromas with notes of grapefruit, jasmine, rose and tropical fruits. Very balanced with flavors of fruit, floral and spice with a good finish.
Vega Sindoa Chardonnay 2008 – Navarra, Spain
100% Chardonnay. Barrel fermented and aged for 4 months in new French oak. Medium body with aromas of buttered popcorn and poached pear. Creamy texture and and flavorful.
La Cana 2009 – Rias Baixas, Spain
100% Albarino. Fragrant nose of mineral, lemon zest and spring flowers. On the palate it exhibits a creamy texture, vibrant acidity and a lengthy refreshing fininsh.

100% Moscatel de Alejandria. Alluring perfume of spring flowers, honey, spice box and tropical fruits. Smooth, rich, textured, ripe, dry and mouth-filling.
Reds
Tarima 2009 – Jumilla, Spain
100% Monastrell. Joint venture with Jorge Ordonez and Gil family. Sourced from 25-35 year old vines. Nose reveals fragrant blueberries and underbrush. Firm on the palate with plenty of savory fruit.
Ventisquero Reserve Pinot Noir 2007 – Casablanca Valley, Chile
100% Pinot Noir. Delicate aromas of fresh red fruit such as cherry and strawberry with a touch of vanilla and toast from the oak gives a delicate complexity. Good balance, medium light body and soft tannin finish.
Humberto Canale Estate Malbec 2009 – Patagonia, Argentina
100% Malbec. Aged 12 months in 15% new oak. Intense violet ruby color with bold aromas of black fruit. Round and full on the palate. Full bodied with a long finish.
Cuatro Pasos Mencia 2008 – Bierzo, Spain
100 % Mencia. Sourced from 70-80 year old vines. Aged 2 months in French and American oak. Enticing nose of roasted red fruit, graphite, crème de cassis and red licorice. Dense, ripe and concentrated with a touch of black pepper.
Atalaya – Almansa, Spain
50% Garnacha, 50% Monastrell. Aromas of blackberry and blueberry preserves, smoky minerals and Indian spices. Full bodied with ripe dark fruit, sweet notes and minerality. Finish is dry but with sweet tones lingering.
Sierra Cantabria Crianza 2006 – Rioja, Spain
100% Tempranillo. Powerful nose of deep cherry preserves and plum scents. Zesty red fruit on the palate which is firmed by fine-grained tannins. A suave mineral quality arrives with air, adding punch to the dark fruit qualities.
Abadia Retuerta Seleccion Especial 2003 – Ribera Del Duero, Spain
100% Tempranillo. Subtle, complex nose of ripe red berry and wild black cherries offset by notes of violet, spice and vanilla. Silky and ripe on the palate with a full balance underscored by refined tannins. Finely texture and lingering finish.
Rameriz de Piscina Reserva 2001 – Rioja, Spain
100% Tempranillo. Aged 15 months in oak. Bold and powerful with abundant raspberry, cherry, vanilla, spice and earth characteristics. Assertive tannins and balanced acidity last through a lengthy finish
Altos Las Hormigas Reserva Malbec 2007 – Mendoza, Argentina
100% Malbec. Produced from 80 year old vines without filteration. Impenetrable black color, bright purple rim. Complex nose of red and black fruit, bergamot, lavender, flint and smoked cedar wood. Silky mouth with huge structure and almost endless finish.
Atteca Armas 2006 – Catalunya , Spain
100% Garnacha. Single vineyard planted in 1909. Malolactic occurs in new oak. Black raspberry and floral aromas are deepened by rooty sassafras and cola. Fresh black and blue fruit flavors, silky texture and gentle mineral lift. Large scaled and full flavored.
Torres Mas La Plana Black Label 2003 – Penedes , Spain
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in new French oak for 18 months. Deep dense cherry color with a touch of mahogany. Intense bouquet with hints of cranberries, cherries and truffles. Incense like quality developed during ageing. Full elegant and pronounced aftertaste with excellent depth and length.
Emilio Moro Mallelolus 2006 – Ribera del Duero, Spain
100% Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo). Mallelous is the latin word for vine. Produced from 25-75 year old vines. Grapes are macerated for 28 days and under go malolatic fermentation in barrique then aged for 18 months in French Oak. Complex perfume of cedar, spice box, incense, mineral and blackberry. Elegant wine with superior depth and intensity. Layered with tons of savory fruit and well integrated tannins.
Durigutti Familia Malbec 2005 – Mendoza, Argentina
Blend of Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Bonarda & Cabernet Sauvignon. Produced from vineyards planted in 1940. Fermented and aged 24 months in French oak followed by a year in the bottle. Dark violet color, herbs, black fruit, coffee, chocolate on the nose. Full bodied and thick on the palate with firm gripping tannins. Raspberry and sour cherry open up in the glass and become more complex. Only 250 cases produced.
Torre Muga 2005 – Rioja, Spain
75% Tempranillo, 15% Mazuelo, 10% Graciano. Aged 6 months in wooden vats, 18 months in new French oak and at least 12 months in bottle. Bouquet of pain grille, mineral, scorched earth, incense and blackberry. . Black cherry color with dark garnet hues, massive on the palate, lively yet silky-smooth tannins, full of flavor, supple and long in the finish.
Aro Muga 2006 – Rioja, Spain
70%Tempranillo 30% Graciano. Made from 60 year old vines selected on plant by plant basis. Wine is fermented in small oak casks before it is transferred to new French Troncais oak for 18 months. Inky and violet in color. Intensely aromatic nose displays cherry compote, sassafras, anise and vanilla. Broad, palate coating dark fruit flavors gain brightness with air and pick up a lively mineral quality. Finish is extremely long, sweet and almost shocking lithe. Only 250 cases produced.
