Llopart Rose Brut Reserva 2006 Cava (sparkling) – Spain
60% Monastrell, 20% Garnacha, 20% Pinot Noir. Salmon pink colored, nose of strawberry and rhubarb. Crisp on the palate with stream of small bubbles. Considered the Dom Perignon Rose of Spain.
Muga Rose 2009 – Rioja, Spain
60% Garnacha, 30% Viura, 10% Tempranillo. Aged 2 months in oak. Medium pink color with a nose of strawberry and rhubarb and nuances of leather and clove spice. On the palate it is dry, crisp and tasty.
Marques de Riscal Rueda Blanco 2009 – Rueda, Spain
85% Verdejo, 15% Viura. The bouquet is alive with a mélange of floral, herbal and fruity scents. This fullness carries through on the palate. Ripe fruit flavor balanced by a pleasing citrus acidity on the finish.
Shaya Old Vine 2008 – Rueda, Spain
100% Verdejo. Aromas of pear and apple. Light and round on the tongue with peach, grapefruit and herbal flavors mingling in the refreshing dry finish.
Tamari Torrontes Reserva 2009 – Argentina
100% Torrontes. Elegant and delicate aromas with notes of grapefruit, jasmine, rose and tropical fruits. Very balanced with flavors of fruit, floral and spice with a good finish.
Vega Sindoa Chardonnay 2007 – Navarra, Spain
100% Chardonnay. Barrel fermented for 6 months in French Oak. Medium body with notes of subtle smoke and a blend of citrus and orchard fruit flavors. Good long finish.

Vega Sindoa Cabernet 2007 – Navarra, Spain
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Spciy red and blackcurrant aromas complemented by notes of dark chocolate and cherry. Sweet cherry and dark berry flavors with some spicy herbs. Very fresh on the finish. Can hold its own to a Napa Cab.
Navarro Coleccion Privada Malbec 2008 – Jumilla, Spain
100% Malbec. Ripe plum, cherries and raspberries flavors. Generous full bodied wine with well defined tannins yield to a long, soft memorable finish.
Urban Ribera Del Duero 2006 – Spain
100 % Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo). Aged 4 months in French Oak. Dark ruby color with toasty blackberry aromas and flavors. Medium bodied and full flavored. Easy to drink with a finish that is long and full.
Atteca Old Vine Garnacha 2008 – Calatayud, Spain
100% Garnacha. Sourced from 80-120 year old vines. Aged 10 months in seasoned French oak. Toasted vanilla and smoke notes accent raspberry and black cherry fruit in this sleek wine with enough tannins for grip. Fresh finish echos with dark chocolate and spice.
Sierra Cantabria Crianza 2005 – Rioja, Spain
100% Tempranillo. Powerful nose of deep cherry preserves and plum scents. Zesty red fruit on the palate which is firmed by fine-grained tannins. A suave mineral quality arrives with air, adding punch to the dark fruit qualities.
Susana Balbo Signature Malbec 2008 – Argentina
100% Malbec. Know as the “Evita of Wine”, Susana is reputed throughout Argentina and the world for her winemaking. Aged 13 months in oak, this is a ripe and rich wine with all the complexity and elegant characteristics of a Malbec focusing into a long finish.
Rameriz de Piscina Resevera 2001 – Rioja, Spain
100% Tempranillo. Aged 15 months in oak. Bold and powerful with abundant raspberry, cherry, vanilla, spice and earth characteristics. Assertive tannins and balanced acidity last through a lengthy finish
Campo Viejo Gran Reserva 2002 – Rioja, Spain
Tempranillo, Granciano & Mzauelo blend. Aged 24 months in oak. Deep ruby garnet color. Aromas of jasmine, cherry and cocoa. Dry yet fruity medium to full bodied with spices and woodsy notes. A lot of character and a long finish.
Torres Mas La Plana – Penedes , Spain
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in new French oak for 18 months. Deep dense cherry color with a touch of mahogany. Intense bouquet with hints of cranberries, cherries and truffles. Incense like quality developed during ageing. Full, elegant and pronounced aftertaste with excellent depth and length.
Torre Muga 2005 – Rioja , Spain
75% Tempranillo, 15% Mazuelo, 10% Graciano. Aged 6 months in wooden vats, 18 months in new French oak and at least 12 months in bottle. Bouquet of pain grille, mineral, scorched earth, incense and blackberry. Black cherry color with dark garnet hues, massive on the palate, lively yet silky-smooth tannins, full of flavor, supple and long in the finish.
Dessert Wines
Santa Julia Torrontes Late Harvest – Argentina
A delicate sweet wine with pear, apricot and citrus aromas. On the palate is fresh fruit and honey flavors.
Domecq Amontillado Sherry – Spain
A medium dry sherry with the classic nuttiness. Nutty aromas and flavors with a rich amber color. White pepper, chocolate and nut flavors are moderately concentrated.
Sandeman Founders Reserve Ruby Port – Portugal
Well structured with fruit layered with figs, dates and some crème caramel. It is smooth and rich on the palate with silky tannins. Overall it is berry like and not overly sticky.
Alvear Solera 1927 Sherry – Spain
This is a dense sweet sipping wine. On the nose there is raisin, molasses and carmalized sugar. On the palate there is a thick viscous wave of raisins, prunes, almonds and caramel.
Jorge Ordonez “Victoria” 2006 – Spain
Intensely perfumed, complex bouquet of pear, white peach, vanilla and flowers. Nervy and focused with juicy pit fruit flavors underscored by tangy citrus zest.
