100% Pinot Noir. Wonderful red rose to salmon skin color with ample aromas of cherry, strawberry and spice. Medium bodied, soft and fruity pallet with a great refreshing finish. Aged over two years in bottle before releasing.

Rose

Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Rose – Paso Robles, California
75% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 5% Counoise. Has a nose of wild strawberry, rose petals and citrus. In the mouth, it shows the generous red fruit of Grenache kept clean by vibrant acidity and spiced citrus note that comes out on the long finish.

Domaine de Marquiliani 2011 – Corsica, France
92% Sciaccareilu 8% Syrah. Elegant, clean and aromatic as soon as it is opened. This effervescent, seashell pink rose is focused and lingering on the palate with tropical fruit, guava, strawberry, cream and ginger notes capturing the essence of what a rose should be. What Anne Amalric does here is pure magic.

Whites

Botani 2011 – Malaga, Spain
100% Moscatel de Alexandria. Sourced from 70 year old vines. Pale straw color. Fresh, fragrant and mature, brimming with aroma of Muscat grape, apple, mandarin orange and a pinch of wilted flowers. On the palate it is fruity and dry with notes of citrus and a gentle finish.

Les Hospices Sancerre 2012 – Loire, France
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Lively and full of fruit with pleasant mineral. Floral notes of white flowers and citrus fruit aromas backed up by black current and wild flowers.

La Cana 2011 – Rias Baixas, Spain
100% Albarino. Fragrant nose of mineral, lemon zest, spring flowers and baking spices. On the palate it exhibits a smooth texture with apple, pear and a hint of orange and honeysuckle. Good acidity and a refreshing clean finish.

Anselmi Friulano 2011 – Friuli, Italy
100% Friulano. Floral and apple nose and palate with a hint of creaminess that goes into a soft yet elegant minerality finish. Very typical wine of the Friuli region.

Nisia Old Vine 2012 – Rueda, Spain
100% Verdejo. Produced from 70 – 100 year old vines. Medium bodied with aromas of peach and lemon zest on the nose. Fleshy and balanced on the palate with bright acidity in the finish.

Wiltinger St Ubans Hof Kabinett Riesling 2010 – Mosel, Germany
100% Riesling. Distinctively aromatic of peach, apricot and citrus. Plush, vibrant on the palate with a touch of baked apple spice finishing up with a dry clean minerality.

Trimbach Gewurztraminer 2009 – Alsace, France
100% Gewurztraminer. A delicate, elegant white wine with notes of orchard blossoms, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon zest. This wine is rich, luscious and well balanced with a dry, spicy finish.

Champalou Vouvray Fondraux 2011 – Loire, France
100% Vouvray. Straw yellow color. White fruit (peach and pear) on the nose balanced with honey and butter notes. Beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity. This is a classic vouvray. .

Reds

Torres Salmos Priorat 2009– Calatayud, Spain
Granacha, Syrah and Carignan blend. Aromas of black raspberry, cherry cola and lavender. Juicy ripe fruit with spice and a touch of minerality that is balanced and complex. Finish is sweet with hints of chocolate and oak spice along with graceful soft tannins.

Torre Muga 2006 – Rioja, Spain
75% Tempranillo, 15% Manzuelo, 10% Graciano. 18 months in new French oak and at least 12 months in the bottle. Seductive nose with elegant aromas of preserves and patisserie over a spicy layer with hints of cinnamon, caramel, cocoa and earthiness. A silky mouth-feel with especially sweet tannins and nuances of dried herbs.

Domaine de Beaurenard Cuvee Boisrenard Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2009 – Rhone, France
60% Grenache, 40% other varietals from 60-100 year old vines. Deep ruby color with purple tinged. Expressive aromas of red and dark berry preserves, cola, sandlewood and vanilla. Blackberry, roasted fig and cassis fruit on the palate with tobacco, graphite and oak spice tannins. Heady yet soft with admirable concentration, purity and texture.

Altos Las Hormigas Reserva Malbec 2009 – Mendoza, Argentina
100% Malbec. Produced from 80 year old vines without filtration. Impenetrable black color, bright purple rim. Complex nose of red and black fruit, bergamot, lavender, flint and smoked cedar wood. Silky mouth with huge structure and almost endless finish.

Pago de Vallegarcia Hipperia 2009 – La Mancha, Spain
47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc. Red berry fruit, floral tones with spice, mineral and rosemary notes. Structured and complex on the palate with blackberry fruit and notes of smoked exotic woods and tabacco, fnish with silky tannins. Intense, deep full bodied and elegant.

Fosso Corno “Aires” Montepulciano 2011– Abruzzo, Italy
100% Montepulciano. Dark red – blue color. A vibrant and fruity nose. Fresh dark cherry fruit and spice on the palate. No time in wood so this classic Montepulciano is all about the fruit. Well balanced and made so goes with anything.

Tres Picos Garnacha 2011 – Campo de Borja, Spain
100% Garnacha. Cherry liqueur scents are brightened by pepper and allspice nuances. On the palate intense cherry and red berry compote flavors with terrific depth and concentration given a lift by juicy acidity. The finish is impressively long with hints of spice complimented by fine grained tannins.

Delas Saint Esprit Cotes du Rhone 2011 – Rhone Valley, France
90% Syrah, 10% Grenache. Deep color has a dark plum like hue. Nose is classical Syrah with berry fruit, violet, licorice and spice. Full, rounded palate with delicate tannins.

Ardevol Anjoli Priorat 2010 – Priorat, Spain
40% Garnacha, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, 10%Merlot. Aged 16 months in French oak. Opaque ruby color with a nose of dark berries and fresh cut flowers. Spicy notes are accented by licorice and dark chocolate. Ripe and lively yet balanced with good finishing clarity, soft tannins and lingering sweetness.

Volver Single Vineyard Tempranillo 2011 – Castilla-La Mancha, Spain
100% Tempranillo. Aged 14 months in French oak. Aromatic nose of dry candied fruit, flora and herbs. Sweet cherry-vanilla and cola flavors on the palate are enlivened by juicy acidity. Supple tannins gain strength on the finish.

Conte Brandolini d’ Adda Vistorta 2007 – Fruili, Italy
100% Merlot. 12 months in French oak. Unfiltered. Rich red fruit aromas on the nose with integrated plum, black cherry and toast on the palate. Good fruit concentration and firm tannins with hints of chocolate. Elegant and long persistent fruity finish.

Ramirez de la Piscina Gran Reserva 2001 – Rioja, Spain
100% Tempranillo. Deep cherry red color with red violet hints. Aromas of spice, violets, toasted oak and red fruits. Flavors of strawberry and cherries with balsamic hints. Silky texture, elegant and filled with finesse.

Fuentes Gran Clos Priorat 2004 – Catalunya, Spain
54% Garnacha, 34% Carignan, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. 30-90 year old vines. Intensely aromatic and complex with hints of red and black fruit, herbs and balsamic notes. Well balanced with a big structure and texture of fruits and elegant ripe tannins. Ripe fruit on the palate are complimented by hints of licorice wild herbs and minerals. Long and persistant finish.

Codice Tinto 2010 – La Mancha , Spain
100% Tempranillo. Aromas of cassis, cherry. Licorice and mocha. Dense, alluringly sweet and juicy with excellent concentration to its chewy dark berry and bitter chocolate flavors. Stays sweet through the finish featuring silky fine tannins and lingering spiciness.

Sierrra Cantabria Crianza 2009 – Rioja, Spain
100% Tempranillo. Aged 15 months in American and French oak, bottled unfiltered. Complex nose of roasted herbs, sweet cherries, earth and vanilla with a touch of chocolate. Medium bodied with attractively sweet fruit, delicate acidity and silky tannins exhibiting a very interesting complexity.

Le Volte dell’ Ornellaia 2011 – Tuscany, Italy
50% Merlot, 30% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich and full bodied with all its components in perfect balance. Intenese in color and bouquet, it releases profound notes of dark berry fruit, sweet violets and spice. The palate offers a broad vein of finely woven glassy tannins, creating a velvety mouth feel. Impressions of fruit and spice lace the progression which proceeds leisurely to an energy laden finish enlivened by tangy acidity.

San Vicente Rioja 2008 – Rioja, Spain
100% Organic Tempranillo. From some of the finest soils in all of Riojo. 20 months in French and American oak. Purple black in color. Intensely floral aromas of deep cherry and dark berries, violets and dried rose. Dense, rich and concentrated on the palate with a smooth texture. Gains brightness on the finish with offers impressive tangy persistence.

Dom. Robert Chevillon Nuits St George “Les Bousselots” 2010 – Burgundy, France
100% Pinot Noir. Produced from over 50 year old vines. On the nose, black cherry, plums, violets and spices. Tremendous depth and richness in a plush inviting style that possesses both good concentration and fine structural elements. Mouth coating and firm with a beautiful long finish. Great balance despite the firmness of the tannins.
